Laws and Regulations

PLEASE NOTE:  Any fees contained in the laws and regulations printed below are subject to change. Recently passed HB-6802, “AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUE FOR THE BIENNIUM ENDING JUNE 30, 2011" includes mandatory increases in the fees many individuals and businesses customarily pay to obtain and renew licenses with state agencies such as the Department of Consumer Protection. The effective date for these fee increases is October 1, 2009. All of the laws and regulations will be updated as soon as possible. Meanwhile, new fee information is available here.
